Tell Me About Your Shipping Process
I ship using USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Select or First Class. All Priority Mail packages are tracked and insured.
I use USPS Priority boxes but in an effort to stay green, I may use clean recycled boxes and packing materials. All purchases come from a smoke free and pet friendly environment.
I DO NOT send an invoice with your shipment. If you would like a printed copy, please let me know in the "note to seller" during checkout and I will gladly include one in your shipment.
What is your Damaged In Transit Returns Policy:
If your item is damaged in transit, I will require clear photos of the damaged item(s) along with a photo of the exterior packaging for insurance claim purposes.
Before refunds are processed, photos are required.
Refunds are not issued for damaged items if I do not have the required photos of the item and packaging for the postal insurance claim.
You may be required to fill out an affidavit or claim form from the post office and or insurance company.
What about "Undeliverable Items"?
UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS:
If an item is returned to me due to an "undeliverable" address or not claimed by the Buyer for any reason, the Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
VAT FEES - International Buyers
International customers are responsible for any Customs fees, taxes (VAT or GST) or duties (IF APPLICABLE). These fees are NOT INCLUDED with your purchase from me.
I DO NOT COLLECT VAT OR GST. YOU MAY BE CHARGED FOR THIS AFTER YOUR PURCHASE.
All international packages ship with the appropriate Customs forms declaring the package contents and value (as required by Customs).
If you are not sure about your country's Customs' rules and regulations, please contact your Custom's office.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not offer gift wrapping.
To be environmentally friendly, I recycle clean packaging when I am able.
All purchases come from a pet friendly, smoke free home.
